The Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated at 410 km East of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur. Northeast Monsoon affecting Luzon. Catanduanes, Albay, Sorsogon, Masbate and Samar provinces will experience cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms. Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, Aurora, Quezon and the rest of Bicol Region will have cloudy skies with light rains. Batangas will experience cloudy skies with isolated rains. Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains. The rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers.
