Donna May Lina
Executive Producer
Donna May Lina has a wide experience in various aspects of communication and media production. Currently, she is also the Executive Producer for the People’s Television Network’s weather program, Panahon.TV.
Among her notable productions are Retired Chief Justice Artemio Panganiban, Jr’s bio-musical Ageless Passion (2011), Aliw Award Winner for Best Stage Collaboration Manila Symphony Orchestra’s Rockestra (2005), Gawad Urian Best Film for 2001 Batang West Side. She has produced television programs such as A Round of Golf on Solar Sports (2008- May 2012) and Hapinas on QTV (2006),Sa Totoo Lang on Zoe TV 11 (2000-2001), Anak Seal Awardee Next Stop on NBN(2005). She also segment produced for various programs for Cinema One such as Review Night (2000-2001) and Access (2001-2002), Digital Tour on Studio 23 (2000), Kikay Machine on Juice (2002). She also hosted a baseball sports program Ninth Inning (2009) together with Anthony Suntay on Makisig Channel.
A cum laude graduate of Broadcast Communication from the University of the Philippines, she also received the best thesis distinction together with Garlic Garcia for their thesis video, Mabuhay Ka, Iskolar ng Bayan. She received a certificate in film production from the New York University School of Continuing and Professional Studies. Donna enjoys watching films and concerts, traveling, dining out, and playing a round of golf. As a leader, she believes in encouraging her team to give only the best and success will surely follow.
Julius Melo
Director
After earning a degree in Mass Communications at the Colegio de San Juan de Letran, Julius started his career by doing sports coverages. He rose through the ranks from Production Assistant to Segment Producer, and is now a TV Director and Executive Producer.
He has covered the Summer and Winter Olympics, Asian Games, FIBA World and FIBA Asia, SEAgames FIVB and the Suzuki Cup. He also produced the sports documentary, Kwentong Gilas.
Jazel Villamarin
Visual Consultant
Jazel Kristin is a documentary director, visual consultant and intermedia artist. Her work has been locally and internationally exhibited in Hong Kong, France, Korea and Singapore. She has collaborated with local and international artists of different disciplines and completed artist residencies at Cite Internationale des Arts in Paris, France (2010), Santorini and Athens, Greece (2015) and in CASA San Miguel in Zambales, Philippines (2013 & 2017).
Hollie Deles
Administrative Assistant
Hollie Grace F. Deles graduated from the Philippine Women's University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Arts. A self-proclaimed pet lover, Hollie’s hobbies include watching vlogs, listening to music, and reading.
Paul Michael Caisip
Post-Production Head / Live Producer
PM is a Mass Communication graduate from the Centro Escolar University of Malolos, Bulacan. From 2010 to 2011, he assumed various positions, ranging from news anchor to field director and station manager, at the CAT8 Network in Nueva Ecija. He was later transferred to its Manila office where he became scriptwriter, researcher, producer and editor.
As Panahon TV’s live producer and part-time video editor, he has undergone several trainings in broadcast, visual storytelling, business writing and mobile journalism, among others.
During his free time, he loves to read, work out at the gym and travel.

Nathan is our Post Production Specialist. Nathan’s passion with imparting knowledge is apparent to all of his past students at the Asia Pacific College here in the Philippines where he taught multimedia arts production. Nathan has a plethora of a portfolio under his belt of more than a decade and a half of experience in studio, theatre, television, film production, 3D animation and video editing. With exceptional communication and people skills, Nathan has acquired a clientele from countries spanning from United States, Canada, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan and in the Philippines. Nathan continues to deliver exceptionally to the clients of different markets as a Director, Producer, Writer, and Editor.
Nathan has produced different 3D animation shorts, two of which made it for screening in the Animation Festival in Hiroshima, Japan 2002. He has also spearheaded multiple projects for clients in Thailand, Switzerland & Bosnia, Herzegovina; an e-Learning solutions focusing on Education for Peace targeting war-torn countries all over the world.
A sports medalist, actor, youth leader, an advocate of conservation of Philippine indigenous trees, and with multiple award-winning short films to boot, Nathan continues to express his creativity in all projects that he has touched in PanahonTV & UBE Media.
Francis Orcio

Francis Dave Orcio has an undergraduate studies in Communication at the University of Caloocan City (UCC). He is a press freedom and communication advocate. He served as the Editor-in-Chief of the official student publication of UCC for north campuses, The New Crossroads of the North, and a volunteer correspondent and community journalist for an independent media outfit.
His dream has always been of becoming a journalist to share fact-based stories and to shape public opinion according to the truth.
Pia Mercado
Reporter
Pia Mercado has been working in the media for almost two decades now. Formerly a news correspondent and anchor from CNN Philippines, she started her media career at 19 years old as a music video host. As a broadcast journalist, she was a beat reporter for health, traffic, and the House of Representatives. She was the regular live reporter for the morning show, 'Solar Daybreak' which eventually became 'CNN Philippines New Day. She also anchored CNN Philippines' Traffic Center.
Pia is also a podcaster who co-hosts and co-produces a Hallyu podcast. Also a live event host, she emcees both online and offline corporate events. A wife and a mom, she values the importance of balancing her career with her home life.
Raffy M. Vicente
Technical Head / Web Admin
Raffy, an information technology graduate, is a Tricaster operator at Panahon TV. He loves reading about new technologies that can help him in his profession. He also maintains his grandmother’s computer shop.
Raffy’s hobbies include assembling computers and troubleshooting software. During his spare time, he explores the video editing software Final Cut Pro.
Jun Bert R. Fabale
Switcher / Website Admin
A Computer Science graduate, Jun works at Panahon TV as website administrator, teleprompter operator, and occasionally does audio and camera operations for the live broadcast. He wants to learn more technical skills and improve his expertise on troubleshooting broadcast equipment.
On the side, Jun helps market food supplements and skin care products. He also plays basketball and climbs mountains.
Marmick Junee S. Julian
Cameraman / Audioman
Marmick studies Business Administration at the Cainta Catholic College. At the same time, he finds fulfillment as Panahon TV’s cameraman and audioman. He dreams of learning to operate bigger types of cameras, and aims to produce independent films.
In his spare time, he plays basketball and billiards. He believes in living life to the fullest as we only live once.
Michael Galang
Editor/Cameraman
Bon is Mass Communication graduate from St. Dominic Savio College. He started editing when he was in grade school using Movie Maker. He also enjoys playing instruments and different music genres.
Bon loves playing extreme sports like Street BMX and skateboarding. He is also into film making, and is a part of an SM Cares prgram that helps young PWDs through photography.
Mark Cris Del Rosario
Creative Specialist
Cris is an Information and Technology graduate from Pamantasan ng Montalban. Being part of PanahonTV since its early years has allowed him to expand his technical expertise in TV production. Currently, he is improving his skills in motion graphics and video editing.
In his free time, Cris enjoys playing basketball. He believes that if one doesn’t take risks, one cannot create a future.
Jearom Andre Martinez
Creative Specialist
As graphic artist for Panahon TV, Jearom creates art cards and graphic design for the show’s social media platforms and live broadcast. He graduated at the Interface Computer College, having taken the Diplomat Information Technology Program. He is now expanding his capabilities to include motion graphics and basic video editing.
Aside from traveling, he also likes to eat—the reason why he has burger tattoo on his forearm.
