Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, CALABARZON, Bicol Region, Aurora, Mindoro Provinces, Marinduque, and Romblon will experience cloudy skies with isolated light rains. Palawan and Mindanao will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers. Metro Manila, Ilocos Region and the rest of Central Luzon will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains.
