Bicol Region, Eastern Visayas, Quezon, Marinduque and Oriental Mindoro will have cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms. Cagayan Valley, Apayao, Kalinga, Mountain Province, Ifugao and Aurora will experience cloudy skies with scattered light rains.
