Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, Aurora, Quezon, and the rest of Bicol Region will have cloudy skies with light rains. Batangas and Cavite will experience cloudy skies with isolated rains. Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains. The rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers.
