Northeast Monsoon affecting Northern and Central Luzon. Easterlies affects the Eastern sections of Visayas and Mindanao. Mindanao and Eastern Visayas will experience cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers and thunderstorms. Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, Aurora and Quezon will have cloudy skies with light rains. Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains. The rest of Visayas will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers.
