Northeast Monsoon affecting Northern Luzon. While Easterlies affects the Eastern section of Visayas and Mindanao. Caraga and Eastern Visayas will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms. Cagayan Valley, Apayao, Kalinga, Mountain Province, Ifugao, Aurora and Quezon will experience cloudy skies with light rains. The rest of Mindanao will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rains. Meanwhile, Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers.
