Caraga and Eastern Visayas Experience cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms. Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region and Aurora will have cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms. Batangas, Cavite and Laguna will experience cloudy skies with isolated rains and thunderstorms. Ilocos Region will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains. Meanwhile, Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers.
