Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Mindanao. Caraga and Davao Region will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms. While, Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley will be having partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains. Meanwhile, Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers.
