The eye of Typhoon “URSULA” {PHANFONE} was located at 40 km East Northeast of Roxas City, Capiz with maximum sustained winds of up to 140 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 195 kph. It is moving West Northwest at 25 kph. MIMAROPA, Western and Central Visayas will Experience Stormy Weather. CALABARZON, Eastern Visayas and Bicol region will have rains with gusty winds. Metro Manila, Caraga and the province of Bataan will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorm. Meanwhile the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers.
