The eye of Typhoon “URSULA” {PHANFONE} was located at 335 km West of Subic, Zambales with maximum sustained winds of 120 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 150 kph. It is moving Northwest at 10 kph. Tail-end of a Cold Front affecting Northern Luzon. Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley and Aurora will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and isolated thunderstorm. Meanwhile, Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers.
