The eye of Typhoon “URSULA” {PHANFONE} was located 140 km Northwest of Coron, Palawan with maximum sustained winds of up to 130 kph near the center and gustiness up to 160 kph. It is moving West Northwest at 15 kph. Central Luzon, Mindoro provinces, Cavite, Batangas, Calamian Islands will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorm. Meanwhile, Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers.
