The center of Tropical Storm “TISOY” {KAMMURI} was estimated at 540 km West of Subic, Zambales. Tail-end of a cold front affecting the eastern section of Northern and Central Luzon. Northeast Monsoon affecting the rest of Northern Luzon. Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region and the province of Aurora will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorm. Ilocos Region will have cloudy skies with light rains. The rest of Central Luzon will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains. Meanwhile, Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers.
