Cagayan Valley and Cordillera Administrative Region will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms. Ilocos Region will have cloudy skies with light rains. Meanwhile, Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers.
