The center of Tropical Storm “RAMON” was estimated at 365 km East of Legazpi City, Albay. Northeast Monsoon affecting Northern and Central Luzon. Bicol Region will experience rains with gusty winds. Cagayan Valley, CALABARZON, Western Visayas, Eastern Visayas and the provinces of Aurora and Mindoro will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms. Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will experience cloudy skies with light rains. Meanwhile, the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers.
