The center of Tropical Storm “QUIEL” was estimated at 445 km West Southwest of Subic, Zambales with maximum sustained winds of 65 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 80 koh. It is moving East Southeast at 10 kph. Tail-End of a Cold Front affecting Northern Luzon. Ilocos Region, Zambales, Bataan, Metro Manila, Cavite, Batangas, Mindoro Provinces, Palawan and Western Visayas will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms. Cordillera Administrative Region and Cagayan Valley Region will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms. Meanwhile, the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers.
