The center of Tropical Storm “QUIEL” was estimated at 400 km West Northwest of Coron, Palawan with maximum sustained winds of 85 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 105 kph. It is moving East Southeast slowly. Tail-End of a Cold Front affecting Northern Luzon. Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region and Cagayan Valley will experience cloudy skies with scattered to widespread rainshowers and thunderstorms. Western Visayas, Zambales, Bataan, Palawan and Mindoro provinces will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms. Meanwhile, Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers.
