The center of Severe Tropical Storm “SARAH” {FUNG-WONG} was estimated at 340 km East of Basco, Batanes. The Low Pressure Area (LPA) (formerly “RAMON”) was estimated at 110 km West of Subic, Zambales. Batanes and Babuyan Islands will experience Occasional rains with gusty winds. The rest of Cagayan Valley will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms. Metro Manila, Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region and Central Luzon will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms. Meanwhile, the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers.
