The center of Severe Tropical Storm “RAMON” was estimated at in the vicinity of Baggao, Cagayan. Furthermore, the center of Tropical Depression “SARAH” was istimated at 510 km east Northeast of Virac, Catanduanes. Cagayan, Batanes, Apayao, Abra, Kallinga and Ilocos Provinces will have stormy weather. The rest of Cordillera Administrative Region and of Ilocos Region will experience Occadional rains with gusty winds. Aurora and the rest of Cagayan Valley will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms. Meanwhile, Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers.
