The center of Severe Tropical Storm “QUIEL” {NAKRI} was estimated at 380 km West Northwest of Coron, Palawan. Tail-end of a Cold Front affecting Northern Luzon. Ilocos Norte, Apayao and Cagayan will experience cloudy skies with scattered to widespread rainshowers and thunderstorms. Expect cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms over the rest of Northern Luzon. Western Visayas, Palawan and Mindoro provinces will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms. Meanwhile, Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers.
