Northeast Monsoon affecting Northern and Central Luzon. Typhoon {KAMMURI} (Outside PAR) was estimated at 1,370 km East of Southern Luzon. Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley and the provinces of Aurora and Quezon will experience cloudy skies with scattered rains. Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains. Meanwhile, Visayas and Mindanao will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers.
