Northeast Monsoon affecting the eastern section of Luzon. Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Visayas and Palawan. Visayas, CARAGA, Northern Mindanao, Davao Region and the provinces of Palawan will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms. Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley, Bicol Region and the provinces of Aurora and Quezon will have cloudy skies with light rains. Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains. Meanwhile, the rest of Mindanao will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers.
