Trough of Typhoon “Onyok” {MITAG} affecting Extreme Northern Luzon. Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thundertorms is expected over Batanes. Meanwhile, Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers caused by localized thunderstorms.
