The center of Tropical Depression “PERLA” was estimated at 910 km East of Tuguegarao City, Cagayan with maximum sustained winds of 45 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 55 kph. It is moving West at 10 kph. Northeasterly Suface Windflow prevailing over Luzon. Batanes and Cagayan will have cloudy skies with light rains. Visayas, Zamboanga Peninsula and Caraga will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorm. Meanwhile, Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers caused by localized thunderstorms.
