Trough of Typhoon “HAGIBIS” [outside PAR] affecting the eastern section of Mindanao. Northeasterly Surface Windflow prevailing over Luzon. CARAGA, Davao region, and Northern Mindanao will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms. Meanwhile, Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers caused by localized thunderstorms.
