The Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated at 320 km Northwest of Puerto Princesa City, Palawan. Northeast Monsoon affecting Extreme Northern Luzon. MIMAROPA, CALABARZON and the provinces of Aklan, Antique and Capiz will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms. Batanes and Babuyan Islands will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains. Meanwhile, Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers caused by localized thunderstorms.
