The eye of the Typhoon “LIWAYWAY” spotted at 305 km Northeast of Basco, Batanes with winds of 130 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 160 kph. It is moving North at 10 kph. Southwest Monsoon affecting Luzon. Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Central Luzon and Cagayan Valley will experience cloudy skies with scatterd rainshowers and thunderstorms. Meanwhile, partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers is expected over Metro Manila and the rest of the country.
