The Tropical Depression “Liwayway” was spotted at 450 km East of Daet, Camarines Norte with winds of up to 55 kph and gustines of up to 70 kph. It is moving North Northwest at 25 kph. Southwest Monsoon affecting the western section of Luzon. Bicol Region, Visayas, Northern Mindanao, Caraga, Zambales, Bataan, Occidental Mindoro and Palawan will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms. Meanwhile, Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers is expected over Metro Manila and the rest of the country.
