The center of Tropical Depression “NIMFA” was spotted at 785 km East Northeast of Basco, Batanes with maximum sustained winds of 55 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 70 kph. It is moving Northeast slowly. Southwest Monsoon affecting Central and Southern Luzon and Western Visayas. Central Luzon will have Monsoon Rains. Expect cloudy skies with scattered to widespread rainshowers and thunderstorms over Ilocos Region, Cagayan Valley, and Cordillera Administrative Region. Metro Manila, and the rest of Luzon, and Western Visayas will experience occasionally rains. Meanwhile, partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers is expected over Mindnao and the rest of Visayas.
