The Tropical Depression (OUTSIDE PAR) was spotted at 1,180 km East of Visayas. Southwest Monsoon affecting Luzon. Zambales, Bataan, Eastern Visayas, Bicol Region, provinces of Quezon and Aurora will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms. Meanwhile, Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers caused by localized thunderstorms.
