Southwest Monsoon affecting Northern and Central Luzon. Metro Manila, Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley Region, Central Luzon and Rizal will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms. Meanwhile, partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers is expected over the rest of the country caused by localized thunderstorms.
