Southwest Monsoon affecting Northern Luzon. Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Batanes, Babuyan Group of Islands, Zambales and Bataan will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms. Meanwhile, partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers is expected over Metro Manila and the rest of the country caused by localized thunderstorms.
