The Low Pressure Area (LPA) was spotted at 715 km East of Basco, Batanes. Meanwhile, another Low Pressure Area (LPA) was spotted at 130 km West Southwest of Iba, Zambales. Southwest Monsoon affecting Central and Southern Luzon and Western Visayas. Metro Manila, Zambales, Bataan, Cavite, Batangas, Palawan and Mindoro Provinces will experience monsoon rains. Bicol Region, Western Visayas and the rest of Central Luzon, CALABARZON, MIMAROPA, Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region and Ilocos Region will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms. Meanwhile, partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers is expected over Mindanao and the rest of Visayas.
