Typhoon “HANNA” was estimated at 630 km East of Basco, Batanes. the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated at 325 km West of Dagupan City, Pangasinan. Southwest Monsoon affecting the whole country. Expect Monsoon rains over MIMAROPA, Western Visayas, Zambales and Bataan. Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, Metro Manila, Central Visayas and the rest of Luzon will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms. Meanwhile, cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers and thunderstorms over Eastern Visayas and Mindanao.
