Southwest Monsoon affecting the western sections of Luzon and Visayas. Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon and Visayas will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms. Meanwhile, Expect partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers over Mindanao.
