Tropical Storm “HANNA” was spotted at 945 km East of Tuguegarao City, Cagayan. Maximum sustained winds of 75 kph and gustiness of 90 kph. It is moving North at 15 kph. Southwest Monsoon affecting Luzon and Visayas. Expect Monsoon Rains over Cavite, Batangas and MIMAROPA. Metro Manila, Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Central Luzon, Bicol Region, Western Visayas and the rest of CALABARZON and Cagayan Valley will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms. Meanwhile, Mindanao and the rest of Visayas will have Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers caused by localized thunderstorms.
