The Tropical Storm (TS) #HannaPH was last spotted 815 km East of Calayan, Cagayan. It has maximum sustained winds of 85 kph and gustiness of up to 105 kph. It is almost stationary as it is expected to intensify into a Severe Tropical Storm within the next 24 hours. TS #HannaPH is less likely to make landfall in any part of the country. Meanwhile Southwest Monsoon affects Luzon and Visayas. It will bring monsoon rains over MIMAROPA, Aklan, and Antique. While cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorm are expected over Bicol Region, CALABARZON, the rest of Western Visayas, Zambales, Bataan. Meanwhile, Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms.
