The Tropical Depression “JENNY” was spotted at 125 km Northwest of Dagupan City, Pangasinan with maximum sustained winds of 55 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 85 kph. It is moving West Northwest at 35 kph. Southwest Monsoon affecting western sections of Southern Luzon and Visayas. Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Central Luzon and Cagayan Valley will experience rains with gusty winds. Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms is expected over Metro Manila, Western Visayas, CALABARZON, MIMAROPA, Zamboanga Peninsula and Bicol Region. Meanwhile, The rest of Visayas and Mindanao will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers.
