The Low Pressure Area (LPA) was spotted at 770 km East of Guiuan, Eastern Samar. Southwest Monsoon affecting Southern Luzon and Visayas. MIMAROPA, Bicol Region, Northern Mindanao and Zamboanga Peninsula will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms. Meanwhile, partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers is expected over Metro Manila and the rest of the country.
