Tropical Storm #FalconPH was last spotted in the coastal waters of Aparri, Cagayan. It has maximum sustained winds of 65 kph and gustiness of up to 80 kph. It is moving West Northwest at 35 kph and is expected to exit the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) by Friday morning. Expect a stormy weather over Cagayan, Apayao, and Batanes. Rains with gusty winds will prevail in Ilocos Norte, Abra, Kalinga, Mt. Province, Ifugao, Isabela, Nueva Vizcaya, Quirino, and Aurora. Meanwhile, Southwest Monsoon affects Central and Southern Luzon and Visayas. It will bring monsoon rains over Metro Manila, CALABARZON, MIMAROPA, Western Visayas, and the rest of Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, and Central Luzon. While cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms is expected over Bicol Region and Central Visayas. While partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms is expected over Eastern Visayas and Mindanao.
