Tropical Storm #FalconPH was last spotted at 230 km Northeast of Basco, Batanes, with maximum sustained winds of 65 kph and gustiness of up to 80 kph. It is moving North Northwest at 20 kph and is expected to exit the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) by Friday. Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 2 was still up over Batanes while Babuyan Group of Islands was under Signal #1. The Low Pressure Area (LPA) at 265 km West of Sinait, Ilocos Sur was expected to develop into a tropical depression within 48 hours. Meanwhile, Southwest Monsoon affects Luzon and Western Visayas. Metro Manila, CALABARZON, MIMAROPA, Ilocos Region, Zambales and Bataan can expect cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms. Mindanao and the rest of Visayas can expect partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers.
