#FalconPH was spotted at 990 km East of Virac, Catanduanes, with winds up to 45 kph and gustiness up to 60 kph, while moving North Northwest at 60 kph. Scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms will be experienced over Bicol Region and Eastern Visayas. It will enhance the effect of the Southwest Monsoon which will bring light to moderate to at times heavy monsoon rains over MIMAROPA, the rest of Visayas, and Visayas. Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon can expect partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers.
