#EgayPH was spotted at 215 km East Northeast of Aparri, Cagayan, with maximum sustained winds of 45 kph and gustiness up to 60 kph while moving Northwest at 40 kph. Due to this weather disturbance, Signal #1 was raised over Batanes and Babuyan Group of Islands. As the Southwest Monsoon affects Luzon and Visayas, monsoon rains are expected over Metro Manila, CALABARZON, MIMAROPA, and Central Luzon. Visayas and the rest of Luzon will have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms. Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers affecting Mindanao.
