At 3:00 a.m., a Tropical Depression was spotted 760 km West of Northern Luzon (OUTSIDE PAR). According to PAGASA, although it has a slim chance of entering the Philippine Area of Responsibility, it will enhance the Southwest Monsoon that is currently affecting the western section of Luzon. It will bring cloudy skies with isolated rain showers and thunderstorms over Pangasinan, Zambales, and Bataan. Cloudy skies with isolated rain showers and thunderstorms is also expected over Eastern Visayas, Caraga, and Davao Region due to the Trough of Low Pressure Area spotted East of the country. Meanwhile, Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms.
