Southwest Monsoon affecting Luzon and Visayas. Monsoon rains will affect Pangasinan, Zambales, Bataan, Mindoro provinces and Palawan while Metro Manila, Western Visayas and the rest of Luzon will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms. Meanwhile, Mindanao and the rest of Visayas will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers.
