At 3:00 a.m. today, the center of Tropical Depression #DodongPH was last spotted at 700 km East of Calayan, Cagayan. It has maximum sustained winds of 45 kph and gustiness of up to 60 kph. It is moving Northeast at 10 kph. Southwest Monsoon affecting Luzon and Visayas. According to PAGASA, #DodongPH is expected to exit PAR this afternoon or early tonight. Metro Manila, Ilocos Region, CALABARZON, Central Luzon, MIMAROPA, Bicol Region and Western Visayas. Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms caused by Southwest Monsoon.The rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers caused by Localized Thunderstorms.
