Tropical Depression Formerly Dodong was last spotted 1,165 km Northeast of Extreme Northern Luzon. It has maximum sustained winds of 45 kph and gustiness of up to 60 kph. It is moving North Northeast at 35 kph. Meanwhile due to the Southwest Monsoon, monsoon rains is expected over Metro Manila, and the provinces of Zambales, Bataan, Tarlac, Pampanga, Bulacan, Cavite, Batangas, Mindoro and Palawan. While cloudy skies with isolated rain showers and thunderstorms will be experienced in Ilocos Region, Visayas, the rest of Central Luzon, of MIMAROPA and of CALABARZON. The rest of the country partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms will prevail.
