At 3:00 a.m. today, the Low Pressure (LPA) was located at 195 km Southwest of Sinait, Ilocos Sur. Meanwhile, another LPA was estimated at 335 km East of Aparri, Cagayan. In Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon, scattered rain showers and thunderstorms caused by Trough of LPA. In Visayas and Mindanao, expect an isolated rain showers caused by Localized Thunderstorms.
