The Low Pressure Area (LPA) was located at 860 km East of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur embedded along Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Visayas and Mindanao. This weather system will bring scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over Eastern Visayas, CARAGA, and Davao Region. In Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon, expect a cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms caused by Southwesterly Surface Windflow. While the rest of the country will experience isolated rain showers caused by Localized Thunderstorms.
