Frontal System affecting Extreme Northern Luzon which will bring clouds and scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over Batanes and Babuyan Group of Islands. Easterlies affecting Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. This weather system will bring isolated rain showers or thunderstorms over Bicol Region, Visayas and Mindanao. Meanwhile in Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon, expect a partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers.
